The room was modern and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could need for your stay. The staff were super helpful and helped me to decide what to do during my short stay The accommodation is a little way from the main city centre but is within walking distance if you are reasonably fit, and there are good transport links to the city centre. It is a residential area so you see genuine Spanish people and eat local food in local restaurants

This privately run accommodation in a residential area of Barcelona, away from the main attractions and the tourist throngs, is easily accessible by metro. My room and its bathroom were comfortable and quite spacious, with modern fittings and spotlessly clean. Guests can use a nice sitting room with fresh drinking water, kettles , a microwave oven... The owner is very friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The area offers many bars, restaurants, bakeries, shops, parks .

Part of a successful holiday is accommodation. And this one is no exception. Everything was great. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood (good for resting after a full day of "running" around the city), but with access to 2 subway stations (each with direct links to points of interest), lots of good and reasonably priced places to eat (most are not touristic, as they are not located right in the center of town), and a few markets in the area open until late hours. The host, Gino was super friendly and gave us valuable tips on where we could dine and what sights we should see, as well as how we could get there. I can say that we managed to check around 90% of what he suggested (as we ran out of time). What's left to see and more, we'll cover in the next visit. There will definitely be a return.

This place exceeded my expectations! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to the subway. This city has an excellent public transport system, get your Hola Barcelona Travel Card! They have for 3, 4 or 5 days with unlimited use of the transport. It is absolutely worth it. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. They accommodated a request I made with no problem. The staff was amazing and very kind. They recommended us a place to eat tapas that is incredible (La Esquinica). We discovered a Colombian restaurant nearby, El Cuyabro, which we recommend so very much!

It's good value if you want just rooms and not other hotel amenities. It's away from center ville area but we used local metro and bus. Restaurants, cafes, groceries available close by. One bus to Park Guell, closest to that activity. Husband and wife owners speak English quite well which was helpful. Stored baggage before check in time was appreciated. Will recommend to others.
